Do I need to book an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the service, hair length, and complexity of the work involved. For example, coloring treatments and keratin straightening require different amounts of product and time depending on your hair type. What should I do to prepare for a coloring appointment?

We recommend arriving with unwashed hair from the day before, as natural oils can help protect your scalp during the coloring process. If you have reference photos of the color you're hoping to achieve, bring those along. For significant color changes, a consultation beforehand helps us plan the best approach for your hair type.

Do you work with children? What age is appropriate for their first haircut?

Yes, we welcome children of all ages for haircuts. Our stylists are experienced with young clients and work patiently to make the experience comfortable. There's no minimum age requirement — we've cut hair for toddlers as young as one year old. Let us know when booking so we can schedule a stylist who works well with children.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment duration depends on the service. A standard haircut typically takes 30-45 minutes. Hair coloring can range from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the technique and whether multiple processes are involved. Keratin straightening treatments generally require 2-4 hours. We'll provide a time estimate when you book.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Is keratin straightening safe for damaged or color-treated hair?

Keratin treatments can actually benefit damaged hair by adding protein and reducing frizz. However, the suitability depends on your hair's current condition. During your consultation, our stylist will assess your hair and recommend whether keratin treatment is appropriate or if preliminary care treatments would be beneficial first.

What payment methods do you accept?

Where is the salon located and is parking available?

We're located at 67 8th Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1H7, in downtown Calgary. Street parking and nearby parkades are available in the area. If you need directions or have questions about getting here, feel free to call us.

What are your operating hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our extended evening hours make it easier to schedule appointments around your work day. We're closed on weekends, so please plan accordingly.

Can I request a specific stylist?

Absolutely. Many of our clients work with the same stylist regularly, which helps build familiarity with your hair's characteristics and your styling preferences. When booking, simply let us know which stylist you'd like to see and we'll check their availability.

Do you offer bridal hair services for wedding parties?

Yes, we provide bridal hairstyling services. For wedding parties, we recommend booking a consultation several weeks in advance to discuss your vision and schedule a trial run. This ensures we understand exactly what you want and can execute it perfectly on your special day. Group bookings for bridal parties should be arranged well ahead of the wedding date.

What hair care products do you use and recommend?

Our stylists select products based on each client's hair type and condition — whether fine, thick, curly, or chemically treated. During your appointment, your stylist can recommend specific products suited to maintaining your style at home. Feel free to ask about what we use during your service.

How do I know which hair treatment is right for me?
